You agree to only access TEMP-MAIL data through the TEMP-MAIL website.
The TEMP-MAIL functional is free, but additional features available on TEMP-MAIL PREMIUM ( after subscription / payment ) .
You agree to not use TEMP-MAIL directly or indirectly for any unlawful purpose. You agree that any email you send to TEMP-MAIL or emails you induce other sites/persons to send will become public domain once in the TEMP-MAIL system with no expectation of privacy for email content .
You agree not to use the public TEMP-MAIL system to receive, store, or view emails containing private or confidential information. You understand that TEMP-MAIL has no control over material put into mailboxes.
You agree to hold TEMP-MAIL harmless from any damages caused by loss of emails, content within emails, damage to your computer (or innocence) from viewing emails, direct or indirect use of this system.
You agree that you cannot send email using TEMP-MAIL, only receive. Moreover, the Free service handling a couple millions emails per hour. Therefore, you agree that emails can be stored up to 1-2 hours and the domains may be the subject for change. You agree, not use temporary emails for registering important accounts or receiving sensitive data. The TEMP-MAIL , will have no ability to restore emails or domains once removed.
With Free version of Temp-Mail, you can :

Payment will be charged from your the credit card or paypal via paddle.com platform when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified. You may manage your subscription and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Profile after the purchase.
Changes to Price Terms for Subscriptions
TEMP-MAIL PREMIUM reserves the right to change its pricing terms for Subscriptions at any time and TEMP-MAIL PREMIUM will notify you in advance of such changes becoming effective. Changes to the pricing terms will not apply retroactively and will only apply for Subscription renewals after such changed pricing terms have been communicated to you. If you do not agree with the changes to TEMP-MAIL PREMIUM pricing terms then you may choose not to renew your Subscription.
Cancelling subscriptions or turning off auto-renewal
User can cancel subscription’s auto-renewal at any time by following the steps below, and will continue to have access to the premium content until the subscription's expiration date.

- Click on CANCELL SUBSCRIPTION
Future Functionality
You agree that your purchases are not contingent on the delivery of any future functionality or features, or dependent on any oral or written public comments made by TEMP-MAIL regarding future functionality or features.

The Services provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We make no warranty that the Services or Products will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. We make no warranty regarding the presence of specific domain names or addresses in the service, as well as the email storage of already arrived emails.
Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless TEMP-MAIL and its officers, directors, employee and agents, from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the services or your violation of these Terms.
